This was my first visit to Acupuncture Lounge and I was impressed with the facility and the acupuncturist Hong. She was very kind in explaining the procedures to me and also giving me helpful tips as to pain prevention. I’ve been getting acupuncture for about 5 years now and after 2 sessions Matt is now officially my favorite acupuncturists of all time. In my first appointment he correctly diagnosed my protein deficiency, I picked up protein powder that day and have been feeling much better every day since. At my second appointment, I mentioned bulging vertebrae caused by a car accident in 1998 and said it was a pity nothing could be done for that. Several needles and an hour later, I stood up, stretched and something popped right where my vertebrae bulge (T3 & 4) and amazingly enough I’m standing straighter already! Even better, when I got home, I reached back and there is no bulge! In one hour he managed to do what numerous doctors, physical therapists, pain specialists, spine therapists, occupational therapists, chiropractors have not been able to do. This has absolutely surpassed any hope I could have ever had!

I’m not naive enough to think that I never need to go back, I don’t think that a 15-year-old problem can be permanently cured in a single hour. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment, for the cost I expect I’ll be seeing Matt fairly often.-  S.O
